Daily Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, gathering and documenting the information needed for the estimator to prepare an accurate quote or job scope.
- Enter and maintain job information within company software
- Organize and manage job files and documentation
- Work with Estimator on scheduling job walks and crew schedule
- Prepare and file DEQ online paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Assist with employee recognition and celebration programs
- Vet potential customers and make introductionary phone calls
- Conduct accounts receivable follow-up calls and documentation
- Support office operations and administrative projects as needed
