A RestorationHires listing is paid for once, never renews on its own, and is published as soon as checkout completes.
Because restoration techs, estimators and PMs can see it from that moment, the no-questions refund is available for a limited window only.
A billing mistake we made gets fixed whenever you spot it, however long ago it happened.
Billing mistakes refunded in full
- Your company was charged more than once for the same listing.
- The charge succeeded, but a technical fault on our end kept the listing from being published.
- A charge you never authorized, after we confirm that it was not approved by you.
Changed your mind? Cancel within 48 hours
Contact us no later than 48 hours after paying, and we will take the listing down and return the full amount.
No reason is needed for a cancellation inside that window.
After the 48-hour window
At that point restoration job seekers have had two full days to see your post, which is the service you paid for, so the charge can no longer be refunded.
Hiring quickly does not reopen the refund window.
Should your new tech or project manager accept within the first week, we will take the post down if you ask, though the remaining days of the 30-day run are not refunded.
If something unusual happened, email us regardless and we will consider your case individually.
When a refund is not available
- Posts we took down for breaking our Terms & Conditions, such as misleading pay claims, discriminatory or unlawful hiring wording, a made-up restoration company, or an unlawful job.
- A lower number of applicants than you expected, or applicants who lack the IICRC certification or licence you need. We publish and promote your post, but no specific number of applications or a completed hire is guaranteed.
