For restoration company owners, franchise operators and other employers
- Posting a restoration job — go to Post a Job, fill in the form, and the listing is published the moment Stripe confirms payment. Our pricing page lays out Standard, Featured and the monthly restoration-employer plans side by side.
- Changing or taking down a restoration job post — write to us from the email you used at checkout and name the post. We can change the pay, the IICRC or licence requirement, the service area, the on-call rotation or schedule, or pull the listing once you have hired.
- Payments and refunds — the refund policy sets out which purchases qualify, and adding the Stripe receipt number to your message lets us locate the charge quickly.
For techs, crew leads, estimators, PMs and other job seekers
- Applying— the Apply button sends you to the restoration company's own application form or email. What you submit goes directly to the employer, and we do not receive or store it. Questions about drug screens, driving records, background checks, on-call schedules, certification paid by the company or start dates are for the employer.
- Reporting a listing — if a post seems fraudulent, shows pay or requirements that do not match the company's original listing, or has already been filled, email us the title and company name and we will check it.
- Cost — nothing. You can search and apply without creating an account or paying a cent.
