- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue goals.
- Represent Voda professionally in the community.
- Sales or business development experience preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face sales.
- Self-motivated and competitive.
- Organized and persistent.
- Comfortable working independently and in the field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in sales, restoration, cleaning, construction, property management, or related industries is a plus.
