- 8–10% commission on mitigation jobs
- $1,000–$2,000 per reconstruction job
- Uncapped earning potential
A $30,000 mitigation job = $2,400–$3,000 earned
- Self-motivated individuals who prefer flexibility over a fixed salary
- People comfortable working independently and building relationships in the field
- Strong communicators who can earn trust and maintain long-term partnerships

- Existing relationships OR regular access to property managers or commercial decision-makers
- The ability to get meetings and build trust quickly
- Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or B2B services
- Real estate agents working with investors or distressed properties
- Vendor-side reps (janitorial, HVAC, security, etc.) calling on similar clients
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role (not W-2 employment)
- You control your schedule and how you generate business
- Income is performance-based and is not guaranteed; it may take 30–60 days to ramp
- We do not pay for referrals or engage in any form of kickbacks—business is earned through service and relationships
