Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by winning new business? At Paul Davis Restoration, we help businesses recover after fire, water, storm, and mold damage—and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to help us build lasting partnerships in the community.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be out meeting people, prospecting, opening doors, and turning conversations into opportunities. If you thrive on building relationships and enjoy seeing your efforts translate into results, this could be the opportunity for you.

- Develop new commercial accounts while growing existing relationships.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current clients.
- Represent Paul Davis at networking events, trade associations, chamber events, and community functions.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow commercial restoration sales within your assigned territory.
- Stay visible in the market by making consistent customer visits and follow-up contacts.

- Naturally outgoing and enjoys meeting new people.
- Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and energized by achieving goals.
- Competitive, persistent, and resilient.
- Confident without being pushy.
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team.
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and follow-up activities.
- An excellent communicator who builds trust quickly.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of outside sales, business development, or relationship-based sales experience.
- Commercial sales experience is preferred.
- Restoration, construction, property management, facilities management, or insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop new business and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Why Paul Davis?

- You enjoy introducing yourself to new people and creating opportunities.
- You are energized by building relationships and earning trust.
- You like setting ambitious goals and working hard to achieve them.
- You stay positive, bounce back quickly from rejection, and don't give up easily.
- You want to be part of a company with a strong reputation and a team that supports your success.
If you're a motivated relationship builder who enjoys being in the field and wants to grow your career with an industry leader, we'd love to hear from you.
