Job Type: Full-Time
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and referral partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Promote company services and ensure brand visibility in the community
- Track leads, referrals, and sales activity in CRM systems
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (restoration or service industry preferred)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries
- Existing network of commercial contacts (property managers, HOAs, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Base salary + commission/bonus structure
