- Answer phones, field questions, and transfer calls to the appropriate team members
- Enter new customers and jobs into the customer database
- Perform Property Searches
- Create new folders (Vendor & Client)
- Schedule all assessment appointments from incoming calls
- Follow up/confirm appointments for the following day
- Maintain team calendars for scheduling
- Scan and upload documents for files
- Assist with any special requests
- Housekeeping of personal space
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Great customer services skills a MUST.
- Basic Construction/Restoration knowledge a plus.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Work, Excel, and Teams
- Excellent time management/organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate professionalism and function independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
- High school diploma
- Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
