What does an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper with Paul Davis do?

Perform file management, Accounts Payable, Payroll and other data entry duties using Quickbooks and in-house software
Problem solves and helps people find solutions
Assist Office Aministrator with daily office/admin activities
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
Accept/enter daily new job assignments into proprietary software
Daily phone duty

4+ years of active Quickbooks experience (critical skill)
Basic knowledge of MS Office apps
Comfortable with learning new computer system skills
Likes to problem-solve and help people find solutions
Is a stickler for the details
Prior accounting experience - Accounts payable and payroll
Proactive personality
Professional appearance and courteous manner
Customer friendly when handling phones
