Green Home Solutions of Sugar Land helps homeowners and businesses fix mold, air quality, and ventilation problems. We're a small, hands-on team led by a licensed mold assessor, and we're adding a field technician to work alongside our lead tech. You'll be his right-hand man on the job site, and we'll train you.

What you'll do

Assist on mold remediation jobs: set up containment, run air scrubbers and negative air, remove affected materials, HEPA-vacuum and clean surfaces
Perform duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and particle cleaning
Load, set up, and break down equipment and materials at each site
Follow the written protocol and scope for every job, with no shortcuts
Take clear photos and send accurate updates to the office after each job
Leave every home cleaner than you found it and treat customers with respect

What we're looking for

Reliable, on time, and honest. This matters more than experience.
Comfortable with physical work: lifting, crawling through attics and crawlspaces, and working in a respirator and protective suit in Houston heat
Able to follow written procedures and take direction
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Smartphone for photos and messages
Experience in construction, restoration, HVAC, cleaning, or the trades is a plus, but we'll train the right person
Spanish is a plus

What we offer

Part-time, on-call, or casual work. Hours vary with job volume.
Starting pay of $18/hour
Hands-on training, plus help obtaining your licensing and advancing your career in the industry
Room for advancement in pay, commissions, and benefits
Benefits are discussed after an initial period, once we both know it's a good fit

Apply today. We hire for attitude and reliability.
