What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in delivering the finished product our customers see and remember.

  •  Install LVP, carpet, and pad with precision and attention to detail
  •  Measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure a clean, professional finish
  •  Prepare subfloors (leveling, cleaning, minor repairs) prior to installation
  •  Remove and dispose of existing flooring as needed
  •  Complete seams, transitions, and finishing details the right way
  •  Work closely with Project Managers to stay on schedule and hit deadlines
  •  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  •  Communicate progress and flag any job site concerns early
What Makes You a Great Fit

  •  You take pride in your work and don’t cut corners
  •  You’re dependable and show up ready to get the job done
  •  You can work independently but also collaborate with a team
  •  You’re detail-oriented and care about the finished product
  •  You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
What You Bring

  •  2+ years of flooring installation experience (carpet and/or LVP preferred)
  •  Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
  •  Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  •  Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  •  Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily
What to Expect

  •  Work in residential and commercial properties impacted by fire, water, or storm damage
  •  A mix of independent work and team collaboration
  •  A role where your work is visible—and makes a real impact
