Lead Mitigation Technician

• 2+ years of mitigation/restoration industry experience
• Experience leading, training, or supervising field personnel
• Current IICRC certification in at least one of the following: 
  • WRT
  • ASD
  • FSRT
• Experience with water damage mitigation and structural drying
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and referral partners
• Understanding of job profitability, production efficiency, and gross margin performance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and work evenings/weekends when required

• AMRT certification
• TCST or biohazard experience
• Commercial loss experience
• Experience with DASH, MICA, PSA, or similar restoration software

• Lead mitigation crews on residential and commercial projects
• Respond to water, fire, mold, and other emergency losses
• Meet with customers, adjusters, and property managers
• Assess losses and recommend mitigation solutions
• Support field sales efforts and help convert opportunities into booked work
• Identify additional mitigation needs and opportunities
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and achieve gross margin goals
• Monitor labor, equipment usage, and consumable costs
• Conduct quality control inspections and jobsite audits
• Train, coach, and develop technicians
• Maintain accurate documentation, photos, moisture readings, and job records
• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and inventory remain organized and deployment-ready
• Participate in daily team huddles and the on-call schedule
