Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee coordination of mitigation crews, jobs, equipment and billing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external resources
- Collaborate with all stakeholders
- Develop the scope and objectives of the projects and direct crews for the quality completion of work
- Ensure necessary resources are available and allocated to the project
- Develop detailed project plans and milestones
- Measure and report on project progress
- Train and develop existing and future technicians. Coordinate formal training as needed.
Qualifications
- Current ASD/AMRT/AHERA certification is necessary for success in this position
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
- This is a salaried position and pay is competitive for our area
- Salary is largely depending on qualifications and experience
