Looking for a hands‑on job where every day is different — and where your work truly makes a meaningful impact? SERVPRO® is hiring a Restoration Technician to join our team of restoration pros. If you enjoy helping people, working with a supportive crew, and staying active throughout the day, this could be the perfect fit.
- Load, inspect, and maintain equipment, products, and supplies for each project
- Keep vehicles, tools, and workspaces clean and organized
- Prepare rooms and work areas for restoration activities
- Set up staging areas and equipment
- Follow SERVPRO® production guidelines and crew chief instructions
- Maintain clear communication with the crew chief and team
- Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup
- Follow all safety and risk‑management procedures
- Optional incentive pay available for storm event participation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in cleaning/restoration (preferred)
- IICRC certifications (preferred)
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state with the team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work in tight spaces, crawlspaces, and at ceiling heights
- Ability to climb ladders
- Comfortable with long periods of standing, walking, driving, and physical activity
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying
