- Review the production sheets with project manager.
- 5+ years experience in the industry - drywall, framing, cabinets, flooring, etc.
- Completes job to specifications of customer's request.
- Excels in customer service and enjoys working with the public.
- Regularly communicate with team, Project Manager, and customer.
- Practices on-the-job safety, which includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), when appropriate and encourages safety among fellow team members.
- Responsible for equipment and materials to complete the assignment properly and on schedule.
- Responds to demands of 24/7 emergency service companies.
- Willing to take on a leadership role.
- Willingness to share knowledge and train others.
- Critical thinking/ problem solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Clean driving record defined as: no DUI-related violations within the past five-years and no more than three moving violations within the past three-years.
- Willing to work overtime as required and be part of the on-call team responding to after-hour emergencies on a rotating basis (evenings and weekends). Regular schedule: M-F 8:00a-4:30p.
- Clean criminal background check
