Restoration & Construction General Manager

SERVPRO Team Shaw is one of the largest SERVPRO franchise organizations in the country, having grown from one location in 2020 to 33 locations today across three major markets. We have assisted over 5,000 customers with water and fire emergencies nationwide. We are a full turnkey provider for our customers, doing everything from water and fire emergency services, moving and storage of contents, and textile cleaning all the way to reconstruction. We were recently ranked the #69 fastest-growing private restoration/construction company in the country, and growth opportunities continue to arise across commercial large loss, fire damage restoration, asbestos and mold removal, and more.

The General Manager owns the full performance of the market — mitigation, reconstruction, and contents — with complete profit and loss responsibility. This role runs the business end to end: revenue growth, gross margin, labor, cost of goods sold (COGS), overhead, production scheduling, and performance management across Project Managers, Construction Managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews.

The ideal candidate is a business leader first and an operator second — someone who can read a P&L, find the margin, build the plan to fix it, and lead a team to execute. You will balance quality, speed, and profitability while coaching and developing the next generation of restoration and construction talent.

If you have a sense of urgency and want to grow with a company that has seen 5x growth over the last two years, look no further and apply today! We're seeking a strong communicator with excellent analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and a track record of holding a team accountable to results. Our idea of the ultimate candidate is proactive, experienced, financially disciplined, and truly enjoys developing people while driving operational excellence.
